Dreams do happen! I have had the privilege to work with Sean and his team at Marshall Stearns on many occasions. Our experiencing was disappointing. I felt like he rushed us into buying a property and seemed like he was on the sellers' side as opposed to an advocate for us. He also got annoyed on two occasions when contacting him about viewing properties and came off as extremely arrogant.

Finally, he didn't even fulfill all of his promises after the sell. A lock for a window that we were supposed to get wasn't ready at the time of the closing. He promised he would get it to us after the sale. We contacted him multiple times about it. It is now months later and we have never received it. I don't recommend him at all and would never go back to him.

The power was turned off when I viewed the residence so I didn't get a great look at things. The company is rated A+ with the Better Business Bureau so I didn't look at things as well I should have. After moving in I discovered that there were multiple leaks, water damage and mold.

It looks as if there has been no maintenance done after the previous tenant left. I contacted the property management company and their maintenance department many times. They sent someone out who wasted 2 hours of my time and was only able to accomplish the repair of a towel bar. Furthermore he caused further damage to the bathroom counter in the process. Property management has completely dismissed my complaints and told me to call the maintenance phone number. I believe the only reason they have a good BBB rating is that they try coerce their tenants to removing bad ratings and/or reviews. We lived in a property that was transferred to Marshall Stearns.

At first they were great but it quickly went down hill. After repairing several small items they began having issues repairing things and it took threats of court to get things done. Even after the threats they still didn't do all the work and after 2 plus years they evicted us without cause saying the owner wants to sell the property.
