Summary. This used to be a great Visual Editor (WYSIWYG) that allowed you to work in real time to visually create what you wanted. It is so stupid! People that know how to read and write HTML coding prefer to use Windows Notepad. What a stupid idea. Setting up a majority of the services is straight forward and support is basic, but effective.

Cons. Why one star you ask? Well after having an account with Coffeecup for over 3 years, I relationship ended in one spectacular event. Whilst working abroad my company credit card expired, which happened to be the one registered with Coffeecup - this is the only way to pay. Unfortunately, even though I registered a new credit card with them, they went ahead and downgraded my account (after 5 attempts), and by doing so deleted all my forms and data - 3 years worth. This cannot be reconstituted. Summary. Don't judge a book by its cover. This company is top heavy offering a varied range of products, but fails dismally with its customer service and billing system, it's so outdated compared to equivalents.

One bug will crash one of your tabs and rewrite your file with absolutely nothing. Another will rewrite the file with whatever is on your clipboard. The best thing about the Coffeecup HTML Editor is, that it does exactly what you want, you don't get a lot of code that you haven't asked for. The built- in CSS editor and the CSS menu creator are brilliant additions to the programme. And it doesn't cost 'an arm and a leg'. Cons. I can't think of any. Summary.
